If you need to change your benefit elections, you will need a Qualifying Life Event. Examples of eligible qualifying events are getting married, having a baby, or losing coverage through a spouse or parent. To confirm if you have had a qualifying event and to change your benefits, please submit a SERV ticket to Human Resources.
