If you badge is not working on the doors, elevators, or printers, please submit a pctrackit to IT. They will need to know the 5-digit number on the back of your badge. Example: 60127
Spare temporary badges can be checked out at the front desk and can be borrowed for a few days until the badge is found or a replacement badge is ready. If you need a replacement badge, please submit a SERV ticket to HR. If you are having activation issues, please submit a pctrackit to IT.
